         The Context Corporation is an independent consultancy providing a broad range of education, analytical and research, and consulting services to end users, professional telecom organizations, manufacturers and software developers. CONTEXT possesses unique breadth and depth of expertise in the areas of strategic planning, market research and product development.  

          The Context Corporation also offers professional education services, including the design, development and delivery of world-class seminars on communications system and network technologies and services...and their meaningful application. CONTEXT is truly unique in its ability to unravel the intricacies of voice, data and video systems and networks. All areas of the technologies addressed are supported with excellent technical depth and are explained in a commonsense, plain-English fashion.

Mr. Ray Horak, the President of The Context Corporation, is internationally recognized for providing meaningful guidance on critical communications strategies and tactics. 

        Mr. Horak is a member of a number of Editorial Boards, including The Connectivity Management Handbook, The Journal of Telecommunications in Higher Education, and The Prepaid Press. He was Senior Consulting Editor for Newton’s Telecom Dictionary (12^th through 22^nd Editions) until he resigned to write Webster’s New World Telecom Dictionary. Mr. Horak also was an Adjunct Faculty member of The University of San Francisco (USF), McLaren Graduate School of Business, and currently serves on the USF Telecom Program Advisory Board. He also serves on the Advisory Committee of the Skagit Valley College (Mount Vernon, WA) Electronics/Telecommunications Technology Program. He also currently serves as Technology Editor for Telecom Reseller newspaper.

          His public seminars, Telecommunications Networks and Systems, are sponsored by Network World Technical Seminars in the U.S, and by Terrapinn (previously AIC)in Africa and AustralAsia. He previously was on the faculties of Business Communications Review (BCR) and the Institute for International Research (IIR). He also has taught a number of technical courses on fiber optics for Computer Education Services Corporation (CESC).
